The teamhas valuable experience in dealing with all ages and hierarchy, worked closely with schools, startups, and largeorganizations, handling all major work &business situations for them. We also bring in experience of running successful ventures from idea to corporation in their respective growth journeys.
The team bring in hands-on experience in launching new ventures, enteringglobal markets with new &old products, help grow businesses and empower entrepreneurs.
About the Job

We have built an online mental health care platform – EmptyCare (Emotional Mental and Psychological Therapy for you) that focuses on making mental wellness accessible and offer it to care receivers from all walks of life. Through EmptyCare we want to reach out to masses to let them accept that mental wellness could be the key to better living and get the best of oneself.
We are providingmental health therapy to allage groups including Teens, Adultsand Elderly. We are building a network of mental health specialists / professionals to join our endeavor to make mental therapy accessible to all.We are looking forqualified and learned mental health professionalsto join our platformwho have in-clinic experience of providing therapy.
As a therapist on EmptyCare platform, you will get an opportunity to work with people across India from various backgrounds and community.While you focus on providing therapy, we will navigate the administrative overheads. Requirement:
- Counselling Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Psycho-Oncologist, Sports Psychologist, Life Coach
- Age focus (at least one is required) – Teens, Adults (19-25, 26-40, 40-50, 50+)
- Specialization in Teens, Adults, Couples, LGBTQIA+, Elderly or Addiction therapy (atleast one is required)
- Master’s degree in psychology or similar major, qualifying you to provide therapy
- Other requirements
- Language: Hindi, English
- Phd is preferred
- Reliable internet connection
- Indian citizenship
- Writing acumen
- Spoken language – Hindi / English and any other
The Opportunityto earn:
- Part-time / Full-time leading to permanent role
- Regular monthly payouts; earning potential of Rs. 50-60k per month
