Helping people has always been a passion of mine. Over the past two years, I have had the opportunity to guide a variety of age groups, including children, teens, adults, and middle-aged individuals. Some of the areas in which I have provided counseling include stress management, time management, study skills, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, marital adjustment issues, divorce counseling, work-life balance, insomnia, childhood trauma, anger management, GAD, OCD, abuse, self-image issues, etc. Throughout my practice, I employ an eclectic approach and place a strong emphasis on self-improvement. Furthermore, I am a certified hypnotherapist, guided imagery therapist, REIKI master, EFT, meditation, and mindfulness practitioner. Besides psychotherapeutic techniques, I also incorporate ideas from the above modalities to help my clients.
