I have gained my knowledge and expertise through intensive education and experiences by working in different capacities with diverse age groups, sexualities, genders and ethnicities. My take is an integrative approach towards therapy consisting of various techniques of different therapies, primarily formulated from the two modern school of thoughts - humanistic and existential. I work towards facilitating my care receiver’s journey of achieving a sense of self-actualisation, self-improvement and self-love by developing their strengths and resilience.
