I am always curious about things, mindful about my surroundings and action or solution focused individual (quick thinker). These qualities of mine have proven to be very useful while working in rehabilitation as the care receivers or patients have been proactive in finding ways to keep counselors on their toes with their athletic and Kung Fu skills. This has also helped me in corporate and individual sessions as I am able to direct the session in a desired flow. I am a progressive thinker, who believes each individual is a combination of Ying and Yang. I enjoy understanding different perspectives and simplifying the complex problems of life (except mathematics problems). My self-care includes writing, reading, singing and playing badminton.
