I am a psychologist who enjoys' her job. Mental health has a lot of stigmas attached to it and have been trying to create awareness for 2.5 years now. I try to provide therapy and psychoeducation to any individual that comes asking for help. I believe in gratitude and helping people relieve their day-to-day stress, anxiety while working on their self-esteem and confidence. I believe in providing a safe and confidential environment to my clients. When a client thanks me for any support, I might have provided them during their journey or any personal growth, it gives me a reason to continue. I like to include art therapy in between some sessions.
